1 cucumber, english
1/4 cup dip, hummus
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup tomatoes, grape
generous pinch salt
½ English cucumber, cut in half lengthwise
¼ cup hummus
½ tsp paprika
Generous pinch of salt
1/3 cup grape tomatoes, chopped
Using a small measuring spoon, scoop out the insides of your cucumber. Reserve those for smoothies or juices.
Fill cucumber wells with hummus. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and tomatoes. Cut in half again (or into even smaller pieces for little ones).
